Every Wednesdays (or at least every other Wednesday), we present you The Wandering Spork! For our family, as I’m sure is the case for many other travelers, explorers, and adventurers out there, travel and discovering new places (and revisiting the old) is very much about the delicious food we continue to think about even as years have passed; the unexpected, new flavors that we encounter; and the meals that we share with the family and friends we meet. Our travel itinerary, near and far, is often dictated (and happily so) by where and what we want to eat. Even with children in tow, this has not changed. Except now, we have to keep in mind that our little companions have opinions of their own (surprising, right?) and may decide with only a moments notice, that he only eats quesadillas, morning, day and night.
